For Nails and Lashes Services: Deposit is required for first time clients. If you are unable to make the appointment, please notify me at 443-538-0151 as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a $50 deposit for your next appointment . Please keep in mind that lateness will results in short time of service to be fare for others timing as well. For Permanent Brows Services: Must required a Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment and will be applied towards the final cost of your procedure. Deposit can be transferred to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment slot will be held for 24 hours until a non-refundable deposit is made and confirmed. The remaining balance is due immediately on the day of your initial procedure appointment. Cancellation / Reschedule: Please provide us with a 3-day notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Clients who reschedule or cancel within less than 24 hours or are no-shows will lose their deposit. If you need to book your appointment again, an additional $50 deposit is required. Late: A 15-minute grace time is provided. Any time over 15 minutes will be deducted from the procedure time. Any time over 30 minutes late will be canceled and forfeited non-refundable deposit.
