For Nails and Lashes Services: Credit card is required for first time clients. Appointments can be rescheduled 48hr. in advanced. Appointments canceled same day or no call no shows will be charged a 30% compensate fee. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in being banned for future appointments. Please keep in mind that lateness will results in short time of service to be fare for others timing as well. For Permanent Brows Services: *Must required a Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment and will be applied towards the final cost of your procedure. Deposit can be transferred to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment slot will be held for 24 hours until a non-refundable deposit is made and confirmed. The remaining balance is due immediately on the day of your initial procedure appointment. Cancellation / Reschedule: Please provide us with a 3-day notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Clients who reschedule or cancel within less than 24 hours or are no-shows will lose their deposit. If you need to book your appointment again, an additional $50 deposit is required. Late: A 15-minute grace time is provided. Any time over 15 minutes will be deducted from the procedure time. Any time over 30 minutes late will be canceled and forfeited non-refundable deposit.
